Issues at the sewage plant and modifications to the splash pad schedule to reduce water consumption were also discussed. The availability of garbage bag tags and dump pass cards during off hours was raised, along with the need for duct cleaning at the medical centre.

Brush clearing on Isbester Drive is scheduled to improve safety and aesthetics. Special projects financing highlighted spending on signage and grant availability, with the Economic Development Committee suggesting to finalize the signs' locations. The CAO proposed digitizing past records for easier access.

The Recreation Programmer reported on road closures for Canada Day activities and plans for a kids' teddy bear picnic at the end of July. The library reported recent accreditation and the placement of a new sign.

The OCWA report addressed ongoing issues and fixes at the water plant and sewer system, with some updates completed. Councillor McGrath summarized the NOMA "Time to Grow" report, a regional economic plan for Northwestern Ontario. A donation to the Lighthouse Festival in Terrace Bay and corsages for high school graduates were approved.
